Principally located towards the east of Dubai, the project site is situated in close proximity to Jumeirah Beach Road (1km), Bur Dubai (1.5km), Shindaga tunnel (Deira) (2.5km), Sheikh Zayed Road (3km), and the Dubai International Airport. (10km)
